Little Casears knows a thing or two about pizza and Pepsi knows soda. Text messaging, not so much. That's where Axis CrossMedia comes in. Axis took the lead to develop a full spectrum/CrossMedia SMS Text program, managing all the pieces and parts. This included SMS messaging, web component, graphic design and production, print production and fulfillment, variable data/barcoded direct mail and detailed reporting.
Axis worked with internal teams at Little Caesars and Pepsi Bottling Group on every detail of this flagship program. At the end of the promotion there were thousands of happy customers enjoying free Hot-N-Ready Pizzas and savings on key Pepsi products. Each customer experience was tracked and provided valuable data for future programs.
